216 Platform Terms & Conditions
This document outlines the terms governing the use of the 216 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 216 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Use of the 216 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your country or region of residence, whichever is higher.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Platform use must be for personal entertainment only, not on behalf of any third party.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the 216 platform complies with all applicable local laws.
216 reserves the right to reject registration applications or suspend existing accounts if there is reasonable cause to believe the eligibility requirements are unmet.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each user is only allowed to have one registered account on the 216 platform. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination without prior notice.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity through your account is considered your own unless you promptly report unauthorized access to the 216 support team.
As a 216 platform user, you agree not to engage in the following activities:
- Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise platform security.
- Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with others.
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the 216 platform.
Violations of any of these conditions may lead to immediate suspension or account closure.
Payments, Transactions, and Financial Matters in MYR
All transactions on the 216 platform, including deposits and withdrawals, are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring funds used are legitimate and not derived from illegal activities.
Deposit
Deposits to your 216 account will be credited once payment is confirmed by our system. Processing times depend on the payment method selected. 216 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in your account portal. 216 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving withdrawals for security and compliance purposes. Any withdrawal attempts suspected of fraud will be investigated and may be temporarily suspended pending review.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the current policies displayed in your account. These policies may be updated from time to time without prior notice, so you are encouraged to check the latest information before making any transactions.
Suspension, Account Closure and Liability Limits
216 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breaching any of the specified terms and conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities within the platform.
- User-initiated requests to close an account.
If an account is closed due to violations, any remaining balance may be non-recoverable depending on the nature of the breach.
The 216 platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 216 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.
216 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. 216’s total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount they have deposited within thirty (30) days prior to the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 216 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is owned by 216 or its content providers and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any 216 content without explicit written permission from 216.
Third-Party Links
The 216 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience. 216 does not control the content of these third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Your use of any third-party sites is at your own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
216 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use after any updates are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You are encouraged to review this page regularly for changes.
These terms are governed by and interpreted according to applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the 216 platform will be resolved through processes set by the platform, with final decisions at 216’s sole discretion.
